Meandering Rio Grande River, how the oxbow lakes of West Texas were formed

A short while back, the twisting path of the Rio Grande River graced this landscape, gifting it with two mesmerizing oxbow lakes as its legacy. Presently, we extend a warm welcome to a diverse array of guests. For those seeking a brief respite, the opportunity to fish along the tranquil riverbanks awaits, while those with a few days to spare can bask in the embrace of unspoiled nature. Moreover, for travelers journeying across the vast expanse of Texas in search of serene seclusion, our haven offers a perfect oasis of calm and tranquility.
